To Reject a Transmittal

You can reject a transmittal that has been assigned to you, in AssetWise CONNECT Edition ALIM.

Follow these steps to reject a transmittal.

  1. On the AssetWise CONNECT Edition Launch Pad, select My Transmittals from the Deliverables tile. The transmittals dashboard appears. This screen lists all transmittals that have been assigned to you.
  2. Select each transmittal that you want to reject.
  3. Click Accept Selected Transmittals. The Reject Selected Transmittals dialog appears.
  4. Click Yes to reject the selected transmittals.
Each selected transmittal is rejected, and its status is set to "Rejected" and the transmittal owner receives an email message stating the reason for the rejection.
